RivCom Returns to Independent Operation

After four years working within the CSW Group, it has been agreed that RivCom should recommence operations as an independent organisation.

Since its acquisition by CSW Group Ltd in October 2004, the RivCom team has operated as an integral part of CSW. During this period the team have helped CSW grow its business, both in the US and UK, while continuing to support process improvement initiatives, particularly in the news & media and automotive sectors. CSW is now focusing its operations on the healthcare sector, and it has been agreed that RivCom should now recommence operations outside of the CSW umbrella.

Gareth Hudson, CSW Group Company Secretary, said:

“RivCom has been instrumental in helping CSW through a period of immense change. The team have made significant contributions in a wide range of areas. However, as CSW focuses its operations in the healthcare sector, it is appropriate for RivCom to return to being an independent organisation. I would like to thank them for their contribution and wish them well for the future.”

Adrian Rivers, RivCom Director, said:

“Working within CSW has been very positive and the RivCom team have grown in stature and expertise from the experience. However, it is now time for us to leave the CSW umbrella. We are looking forward to the new opportunities ahead, and are pleased to be able to separate from CSW on such friendly terms.”

There is no ongoing legal relationship between CSW Group Ltd and RivCom Services Ltd.
