- 2004 – 2008: Knowledge Transfer Team Lead, CSW Group Ltd. Responsible for managing and delivering training programmes and supporting services to support CSW’s products, primarily in health and social care and publishing.
- 2001 – 2004: Consultant, RivCom Ltd. Responsible for development of process definitions, procedure guides and training materials, both for in-house use and for corporate clients.
